Wisteria Hysteria
Styling shoot I did for 'PLANES' magazine. We ventured around Notting Hill in search of pastel coloured houses and couldn't believe our luck when we stumbled across this beautiful house covered in lilac wisteria. Pink has been the colour of choice the past couple of seasons with the likes of Simone Rocha, Celine and Burberry sashaying delicate pinks down the catwalk. I wanted to incorporate this trend in a styling shoot; The clothes were from a selection of high street brands including asos, topshop, missguided and zara showing how to get a legally blonde look on a budget. Originally the inspiration had a 60s edge to it looking to icons such as Brigitte Bardot and Audrey Hepburn for a classic ladylike elegance. I worked with Hollie Fernando as the photographer as she works with film cameras which gives the images a soft, hazy quality which I love.
